Well, Gen finished work earlier than me today, and before I returned home she cooked this fine chicken. I got to see the finished product, minus head and feet after Gen had lopped them off. Gen took these pictures to show how the chicken was giving her the beady eye. It looks rather accusing, doesn't it? She even tried to close it's eyes as you would close the eyes of someone recently deceased. It made for good eating though. On a side note, you can also buy black chickens here. Imagine roasting up a black bird! And by black, I mean the colour of coal.
